Kadhai Paneer :
  • 1 Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3/4th cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 4 tsp of Kadhai masala
  • Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped capsicum and onion for two minutes. Add tomato puree and ketchup. Cook until gravy thickens. Then add 4 tsp Kadhai masala and paneer. Cook for 3-4 minutes and serve hot.
