Paneer Tikka Masala :

  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum chopped into cubes (You can use red/green/orange capsicum to add colour)
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 tsp Tikka Masala
  • 1 tbsp Butter
Heat butter in a pan. Add Capsicum and Onion. Cook for 2 minutes. Add paneer and saute well.  Sprinkle Tikka masala over the vegetables. Serve hot as a snack or starter.
