Achari Paneer
  • 250gms Paneer
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 4 tsp Achar masala
  • oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato puree and paneer. Stir for 2 minutes and then add 4 tsp Achar Masala. Saute and serve hot.

Variations :
Instead of paneer you can use par boiled cauliflower (gobi) / carrots / potatoes / capsicums and create an achari vegetable to eat with chapati or rice.

Onion Pickle (four persons) :
Cut onion into cubes. Add 4 tsp of achar masala. Heat oil in a pan and pour over the mix. Stir well and keep aside for 2-3 hours. Serve soon after.
